YES. As we build all our own machinery the HDDS series machinery can be custom sized to suit individual customer requirements.

We offer a 2 year warranty on the HDDS series and a lifetime warranty on all pumps.

With all machinery we will install and train customers at their premises or at our facility in Greenwich, London. 2 days training is included in all machine prices and all we charge is for travel and accomadation whilst on site.

We recommend separate pumps for standard colours, metallics and crystal clear.  All machine quotes will include the price for 3 pumps. Further pumps can be ordered.

It is possible to apply resin without a machine but the level of skill required to get an even line thickness and to ensure the 2 components are mixed makes hand application inpractical to most customers

We have conducted extensive tests in our own laboratory and at Chatfield Laboratries so are therefore able to offer a 10 year warranty on the outline and infil resins against delamination and change of colour.

YES. Our resins are suitable for use on machines built by our competitors.

The amount of outline resin used will depend on the design but we calculate that with a 3mm bead 1 litre will produce 600M of line length.

YES.We offer 7 standard colours but customers can create their own colours by adding Cadram infill pigment into the crystal clear Outline resin to create transluscent coloured effects and by adding white pigment aswell it is possible to create opaque coloured outlines.

NO.All our machinery is very simple to use and after the 2 days training even unexperienced machine operatives can work the machine

YES.The CadRam outline resins are very often used in conjunction with RegaBevels and Fusion tiles.
