Fusion Glass Tiles
Fusion Lite - Introduction & Product Range

New ProductFusion LiteTM is our latest range. The 37 tiles, which are thinner than the fusion range, are available as diamonds and squares in four colour ways as well as the new opaque neutral colours.

FusionLite
Spectrum

The tiles are manufactured from top quality SpectrumTM fusing compatible glass to ensure consistency of colour, clarity and repeatability.

The Fusion LiteTM range is also very consistent in size and all the tiles have smooth highly polished backs to ensure a perfectly flat surface for UV bonding.

With the 2-3mm edges on these tiles a whole range of new applications are available to glass designers:

Overlay Lead

The thinner edges give the tiles a sharper shape definition than the standard FusionTM tiles so they are ideal for applying adhesive lead around. Designers can now incorporate Fusion LiteTM into overlay panel designs in the same way as glass bevels.

Traditional Lead Cames

The thinner edges also allow the product to be used in traditional lead or zinc cames with a standard 3mm channel. Designers can now effectively combine traditional techniques and contemporary fused glass pieces to create modern leaded light designs

Aluminium Grille Systems

As the products are dimensionally accurate to within 1mm and have 2-3mm edges they are ideal for inserting into the increasingly popular decorative grille systems that are available in the market. The angles on the diamonds are 55° and 125° to suit the most popular systems.
