RegaLead’s range of fused tiles was first introduced in 2002 to give customers a simple, cost effective method of creating contemporary decorative designs without the need for expensive fusing equipment.

Historically fused glass has been expensive due to manufacturing techniques but our range of fused glass tiles offers a luxury product, manufactured using traditional techniques, for a fraction of the cost normally associated with fused glass.

Fused glass is created by slowly heating the pieces of cut glass in a kiln until they fuse together, then slowly cooling them. To fuse glass successfully it is essential that the pieces of glass used are “tested compatible” for fusing otherwise the glass can become brittle and liable to break. For this reason we only use Spectrum^TM glass from the USA in the Fusion^TM and Fusion Lite^TM ranges and Murano glass from Italy in the Vetro range.

We offer 3 distinct ranges of fused tiles to give our customers the widest range of styles and possible applications - Fusionª, Fusion Liteª and Vetro.

The Fusionª and Fusion Liteª ranges are very consistent in colour and size and have smooth highly polished backs to ensure a perfectly flat surface for UV bonding.
