RegaLead Strengthens Product Range through Duralead acquisition
RegaLead are please to announce the purchase of the trade and manufacturing equipment one of its competitors in the manufacture of adhesive lead profiles, Duralead.
Guy Hubble, Joint Managing Director of RegaLead explains:”This is great news for RegaLead as we continue to strengthen our core business. Duralead has been around for 22 years and had built a niche business in the supply of lead profiles and films for the Overlay Decorative glass market. Unfortunately declining volumes in the market meant it was uneconomical for Duralead to continue producing and supplying their customer base. The acquisition means we are able to bolster our product range by adding the unique colours from the popular Multifilm range as well as increasing our manufacturing capacity with the incorporation of their equipment into our plant”
