Q1 How can I upgrade my Glass Eye 2000 software?
A1 You can upgrade to the latest version directly through your software via the internet in Help/Do I have the latest version? This will connect you to the internet and allow you to install the latest upgrades.

Q2 How many computers can I run Glass Eye on?
A2 Professional and Professional Plus versions are activated by a License key, which is linked directly to your PC. You can purchase 1 additional license for every copy of the software you buy, so Glass Eye can be run on 2 PC’s.

Enterprise version can be run on as many PCs as you need, just install the software. However you will need to swop the dongle (hardware key) between PCs when you want to use the software. If you want to use Glass Eye Enterprise on more than one PC at a time you will need to purchase an additional dongle.

Q3 Is Glass Eye available for non English speakers?
A3 Glass Eye is available in Spanish, French, Italian and German as well as English. Russian and Japanese will be available when the next version is launched.

Q4 What updates are available?
A4 Glass Eye is updated and improved frequently and most updates are free of charge. Once you have purchased, just check your Help/Do I have the latest version regularly to get the free updates.

Q5 Can I use the APD plotter with Corel Draw?
A5 Although we recommend you use Glass Eye Enterprise, it is possible to use Corel Draw with your plotter. We supply a “bridge” software from Signmax called WinPC Pro which will create the vector files needed to draw and cut shapes with the plotter.
