Vetro tiles are manufactured in Italy using Murano glass which has for centuries been used by the glass craftsmen of Venice to create stunning fused glass works. In addition to the transparent Murano glass many of the vetro tiles incorporate pieces of Millefiori meaning 'thousand flowers', which is a decorative glass technique unique to the island of Murano.
